The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."
Desventajas: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

Quantas delays in Melbourne wiped that out forcing me to pay $500 NZD for a later flight on Air NZ. After contacting with Air NZ customer service and explaining the circumstances, they reduced it to $100 NZD. Pretty cool. Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."

The skycam was the best part of the entertainment interface options, giving you an outside view of the plane at all times from a camera at the top of the plane tail. Watching the plane during its descent and landing was very cool."
Desventajas: "I’ve flown in tight-spaced economy seats before, but the lack of space to even bend over to reach items on the floor was extreme on this plane and unacceptable for a 15+ hour flight. It truly felt like a straightjacket. Serious acrobatics were required to reach items on the floor. The tray table would also fly down on its own, the lever holding it would slide free while I was sleeping. There was no wifi at all, not even for using the qantas apps. My fiancé flew on Virgin the week before and was able to purchase wifi and stay in touch with me for $19 for the duration of the flight. Even my flight earlier this year with Qantas on the Dreamliner lacked usable wifi, but the experience of the Dreamliner plane itself was wonderful. In addition, the usb ports on the end of the armrests weren’t working. I feel it should be part of the safety briefing to point out where the usable power points are, given how vital charged phones are these days for boarding passes, reaching loved ones and entertainment when the wifi isn’t working. I didn’t realize there was a plug for laptops/ block plugs until I asked about the USB ports not working until the last 2 hours of the flight. The location of that was somewhere few would notice or look if not explicitly told. This will be the last time I ever book with Qantas when an a380 model is involved, unless great overhauls and updates are completed. Economy should not lack basic ergonomic comforts and while I’ve spent years touting my love for Qantas, having had wonderful experiences in the past, this one fell far below what I had come to expect from the Qantas name."

I am frustrated with Qantas overall because we landed late and because of the customs requirement we had to pick up our bags and bring them to another bag drop for my American Airline flight to Tampa. Because of the flight delay and Customs I missed my flight by 10 minutes. And am now awaiting the next flight home which was 4 hours later."

Desventajas: "You can't check in online or at the kiosk. You must adhere strictly to the carry-on baggage size and weight. The airplanes are a bit worn."

Desventajas: "I left my jacket on the plane and didn't notice until I'd gone through customs (about 20 minutes after leaving the plane). There was NO way to contact Quantas or go back or do anything to get my clothing back. No one at the airport had any suggestions for me. The airport phone that dialed Quantas was only for frequent flyer point inquiries. I have now been trying for a full day (three phone calls with zero helpfulness) to see if anything can be done. I understand that I made the mistake of forgetting my items but the 17 hour flight left me a bit spacey. I am super frustrated."

On JL, you have a bit of a barrier between you and the person in the next seat. On Qantas, you very much do not. While this is probably more just bad luck than anything else, the boarding experience was nightmarish with swarms of people blocking every passage."

I have always like Turkish Airlines but now I will try to go with any other Airline because of that problem, all their flight are routed true Istanbul and I do not want to risk being stacked there again!!!!!"

Desventajas: "Food: they gave you a menu so you can pick up an option (by half way through lunch service they run out of one of the options) They also didn't provide enough water, it's a transatlantic flight! Few options for beverages. Boarding: messy. You have a seating section for a reason (besides pricing). Also connecting flights from IST to the US are horrible. Four point checks and manual screening."

Ventajas: "Seats were very comfortable with a foot rest, stuff went out of their way to help. I fell asleep and miss the dinner, when I woke up I was hungry and they went out of their way and fed me. Compare to most of us airline plus British Airlines that even sells the earphones and pillows, THY had everything free. It is a first class treatment for economy."

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Desventajas: "La atención de un par de azafatas al no saber español no fue bueno el trato, mientras que con otra azafata no hubo problemas y nos ayudo a poder cambiar de asientos ya que eramos 5 personas y nos dieron los 5 asientos separados aun estando con niños"

Desventajas: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

La noche antes del viaje, recibí una notificación de que el vuelo salía a las 5 en horario.Eran las 22:00 horas...ya me habían comprado otro pasaje para otro horario.Nunca recibí un mensaje diciéndome que habían cobrado 2 (DOS) pasajes de mis tarjetas(Visa) y (MasterCard)"

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy...."
