Food came is prepared boxes of two small sandwiches and water. I
Ventajas: Boarding was quick and efficient helped by the fact that the flight was only 1/3 full. Crew were helpful and polite.

Perfect
Ventajas: It was perfect. Nothing lacking, nothing wrong. Except the meal that was served in a box contained no information in any language about the contents. I am a vegan but don't think I registered for a vegan meal so was not expecting one. However I looked at the sandwich and it appeared it might be free of meat or eggs or cheese but could not tell and it was not easy to get an answere.

Reliable and good service
Ventajas: Laos airline is always on time or ahead of time. When all passengers were on board, the flight could take off ahead of time. That was a plus. For flight overv1 hour, a light sandwich and a small sweet were served along with refreshment. Flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. They helped me with my carry on when I had difficulty going up the tiny stairs. Thank you.

Fabulous
Ventajas: The staff was very professional, helpful, and efficient. We were right on time with no problems. The plane was clean and comfortable and we got lunch on an hour flight. We would fly Lao Air again with no hesitation.

Okay Flight
Ventajas: Checking In - Easy and Fast Staff - Spoke some English and business like. Entertainment - Good selection of movies and games.
Desventajas: Seats are made for smaller passengers... if you are a larger frame, you will have a tough flight.

Quick flight from Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai
Ventajas: Direct flight. Plane was lightly loaded. Check-In was quick. Light meal and drink were served even though the flight was only one hour long.

The worst experience EVER - Made us sign a respons
Desventajas: Our experience with Lao Airlines was horrible. We book'd a ticket from Vientiane to Colombo via Bangkok.. Everything seemed fine until Lao Airlines staff forced us to sign a paper were it said that if our baggage was lost, they wouldn't assume any responsibilities, because it was a "short connection time". We bought both flights in ONE ticket so we couldn't understand what was happening. At first we denied signing any releases, but then the supervisor took our boarding passes and threw us our luggage, denying us boarding. Not only that happened, we taped everything, so when we decided to sign because we couldn't afford to buy another flight, the supervisor denied us the checkin again, claiming that we HAD TO ERASE THE VIDEO otherwise they wouldn't board us. Worst experience DO NOT fly Lao Air

Ventajas: Smooth flight, the landing was a bit bumpy. Nice crew, confusing boarding.
Desventajas: The boarding. The staff could have given more information about how to board the plane. You had to walk on the runway.

Flight Attendants Aloof
Ventajas: The flight was reasonably comfortable and got me to where I wanted to go. The check-in counter employee was polite.
Desventajas: The male flight attendant seemed engaged in doing his job, but the two female attendants seemed quite unhappy to be there. One of them used her time away from the customers to put on lipstick and make up in the back of the plane (when getting on the plane, she greeted me with a scowl). The flight was also late in leaving. There was no announcement about this until about 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. I would give Lao Air a second chance, but no more than that. Given the choice I would definetly choose Bangkok Airlines instead.

Ventajas: Security was nice, counter was nice, over all is good
Desventajas: Female flight attendance was rude. She did not act like she like her job. The attendance was not polite when she speak to the customers. I think they can learn one thing or two from international flight attendance.

Ventajas: Excellent food and very comfortable aircraft. The crew was very kind.
Desventajas: My flight from Luang Namtha to Vientiane was delayed by 2.5 hours(on the 2/10/2015). The most frustrating part was that the crew didn't inform us of what was going on.
