Great! No Issues with rental process and the company. But the brand new Renault rental car started to show low tire pressure suddenly while driving on second day despite no change in tire pressure, had to stop and check multiple times. Sixt was great!Opinión del 7 jul. 2023

Amazing! The customer service was top notch. The staff at the Zagreb Sixt were incredibly helpful in getting us out as fast as possible since we had to catch a bus. We probably wouldn't have made it if it weren't for their immediate attention. We are very gracious for their help! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.Opinión del 31 may. 2023

When we arrived, we learned our pre-paid reservation had been cancelled without notice. The friendly woman at the counter fixed it for us, but upon returning the car, the bill was about €60 more than what had been arranged. We have to wait a few weeks for the original payment to be refunded. Annoying to have to spend the extra time figuring out the additional charges and getting refunded.Opinión del 2 ago. 2022

The girls at pick up were lovely. Only thing is at drop off the guy was new and could not answer any of our questions and even kept asking us what we should do next.
