At the airport they did not want to rent us a car since it was not the location indicated on the initial reservation. Finally we did another reservation more expensive. Then we had a flat tire and we had to change the car. Both cars where not cleaned properly.Opinión del 12 set. 2021

Hertz had no vehicles off airport nor on airport even though we had a reservation they told us they might have one after we were already flying home I ended up renting a U-Haul pick up truck.Opinión del 4 ago. 2021

Hertz didn’t have a car available at pick time and didn’t have one available anytime soon. They pre-charged me for the rental and were unwilling to refund the money. They said that Priceline was responsible fir the charge. I contacted Priceline and they said Hertz was responsible. I went back to Hertz and they said they could not help me. Vehicle was not ready and then the vehicle we were suppose to get had mechanical issues. Then they had to get a vehicle from the airport delaying the pickup even longer. No apologies. The vehicle we got was pretty beat up, not clean, and damaged. I took it only because we had already been waiting over 1 1/2 hours and had people waiting on us. I requested a 12 pm pick up and was told at 12 pm that they would not be giving us a car because they were closing and I would have to come back two days later when they were open to get my car, this was on a Saturday. Then I was told I could go back to airport ( I was at an off site locale) and they “should” be able to help us. Which they did, but their attitude at the first one really dampened our mood after traveling 12 hrs. I would never recommend them….ever!Opinión del 18 jul. 2021

Ventajas:Nothing. I tried to pick my car up at 6, as was my reservation time, only to find they had closed up at 5:45 and were closed for the holiday weekend. I tried calling, no answer. No voicemail to leave a message. Reservation dept said they couldn’t do anything. I never even got my car.Desventajas:Everything. Is this company just a bunch of crooks? Also, Kayak was closed for the holiday weekend so here was nothing I could do. Hertz is a joke. Don’t ever rent from them. Thanks for stealing my money.Opinión del 6 jul. 2021
