It was terrible. They did not have the car and offered zero help in locating another vehicle. On top of that, they overcharge me for gas. And overall their customer service was terrible. I will never use them again.Opinión del 9 ago. 2023

I didn’t like anything I was robbed $300 after me going up to the place with my ID and credit card she still wouldn’t give me the car and took my money. I am very dissatisfied and I will not be using Hertz ever again this is the third time they’ve held my money for days and now I have to wait for I don’t know how many days because I was charged first and it wasn’t put on hold hurts is a bulls** you company you ask meOpinión del 7 mar. 2023

I would like that when you book a rental and prepay it… they tell you all the information before you go to counter. I prepaid on line and at the counter they asked for credit card since Debit card not good for them…. So I couldn’t get a car and they couldn’t refund my money…. Ventajas:I liked the car and the location was very convenient.Desventajas:Very slow pick up and drop off process. Not enough employees or they were just too busy. Lines of people inside and out the door waiting for help. No clear process to pick up or who is next. It was just very unorganized.Opinión del 27 abr. 2021

Ventajas:I like the quick in and out process and the cleanliness of the car.Desventajas:My initial rental was not ready on time and I was not given a discount or compensated then my rental was delayed until the next day and I was charged the same amount and the car was had to be downgraded to a five passenger suv instead of a seven.
