I thought I had already paid for rental on Kayak when I spent $300 reserving it. I get to Hertz to pick it up and they slap a $500 security hold on me. Even after I selected no extra fee for liability. Meaning everything was on me if something happened.Opinión del 4 mar. 2023

Not being familiar with the area, I thought I was picking up the car at the airport but it was actually in Destin which cost us $65 to get to Destin. It would have been nice if this would have been clairfied when reserving online. My search was for Destin Airport and it sent me to Destin. Once we got to Destin, the service was not very good, the car had a STRONG smell of cleaning product (which made me sick) but the car was clean.Opinión del 1 oct. 2022

I Booked at the wrong location because it had a similar name. Because I was 6 min passed the pick up time, hertz refused to switch my reservation, even though they had plenty of inventory. I had to cancel my reservation and pay $200 more to make a new reservation. I am extremely dissatisfied with Hertz!Opinión del 28 may. 2022

Ventajas:Wait was over an hour to pick up, but was still worth it. Staff very apologetic about the delay.Desventajas:Have more vehicles for less of a delay. Would have loved to be able to drop off at the airport without the extra charge.Opinión del 6 jun. 2021

Desventajas:Vehicle was nice and clean and there weren’t any issues with the billing. The only complaint is when we got to the pickup location the office was locked and there was a sign stating they had to leave to assist another customer. I get that happens but we waited for over an hour along with several other customers. It was kind of a pain getting to the rental location from the airport but considering it was 1/3 of the price I would do it again.Opinión del 31 mar. 2021

Ventajas:Enterpirse said they had a car for me, gave me a confirmation number and told me the car would be ready, when I arrived there was no vehicle available for weeks. Hertz was able to get me into a car in 24 hours on short notice. THANK YOUOpinión del 20 ene. 2021
