They failed to adequately inform me that on Sunday, they close at 12 noon. Our plane did not arrive until 6 PM and because we had reserved the car “off site” there was NO vehicle at the airport counter available for us. Yes, I should have known that 12 PM is 12 noon but it slipped right by me and we paid the price. It cost an extra $400 to rent a vehicle from another company.Opinión del 5 jun. 2022

The young women at this location were both exceptional in Customer Service, Friendliness and Service! They both seemed to enjoy their jobs. The shuttle drivers were also prompt, helpful and friendly. The Bangor Enterprise was closed at 3- our flight was delayed so we had no car. Ended up forfeiting our planned hotel so we could stay overnight and pick up car tickets lathe next day. Every other rental co was open. Everything else was fine and they did adjust our rate. Check the hours if operationsOpinión del 10 oct. 2021

Enterprise closes at 6pm. There are no details about this on the confirmation email. I also called ahead to tell them that our flight was delayed and they gave no warning. Very poor service.Opinión del 13 set. 2021

The Enterprise in Bangor is not at the airport. When we arrived at 6pm (for our 6pm pickup) and called for the shuttle we were told that Enterprise was closed. We lost a night of our vacation.Opinión del 5 ago. 2021
