Ventajas:Very friendly staff.Desventajas:I reserved a small economy vehicle, which wasn’t available at time of pick up, so I was given a minivan, which isn’t much of an upgrade at all. Nonetheless, I was not charged more. The minivan was not the cleanest inside. It had less than a quarter of gas at time of pickup. Thankfully, I was not required to return with a full tank. Rental seemed expensive for a rather inefficient and ugly vehicle for my short trip.Opinión del 18 may. 2021

Ventajas:The staff were very friendly and more than happy to work with you. Being from out of state there were some difficulties but they were instrumental in making them easy to deal and smooth.Desventajas:When I was looking through the car there were fries and pringles under the seat. I do think a little more transparency about fees and processes would have been nice, however, the fault is on both sides as I did not explicitly say I was from out of state when they called to confirm.Opinión del 7 set. 2020

Ventajas:The staff was very helpful and patient. And very Thorough!It’s a company where I walk into and felt really comfortable,I didn’t feel like I have to put my defense up or anything.Great staff they didn’t awesome job very professional!Desventajas:I honestly didn’t see anything else that they could have done better.Yes the only thing I can say about the company there in a private maybe find a bigger area for the business.Opinión del 28 jul. 2020
