Ventajas:Not a thing.Desventajas:We specifically needed a SUV and that is what we reserved. When we went to pick it up, they did not have one. The clerk told us they accept all reservations whether they have the car or not. This is the second time this has happened with Enterprise. Ventajas:Drop off was easy.Desventajas:Pick up was disorderly. Car was not clean inside. I even verified they had time to clean it well because it looked like they had just ran it through the carwash. He said yes. When I got home I spent an hour cleaning it because there was trash and obvious smear marks on the windows and such from the previous user. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID-19 this was highly disappointing.Opinión del 16 jul. 2020
