When we arrived in Phoenix we took the shuttle but it turned out to be the wrong Enterprise office! We had problems getting a taxi from there to the correct one, but once we got there, all was good. Desventajas:pick up was weird and drop off was a little slow... otherwise ok... I don't like the add on pricing... (this is the nature of capitalism, but it stinks to have a rate, and say... oh...there's other fees for things you might have expected to be standard...) like a roadside service... not only will I never pay extra...i will bill you for lost time...bc I bought a car hoping to do it's job to get me around until I return it... if I wanted a junky car... i could've used my old, junky car!Opinión del 10 dic. 2020

Ventajas:Staff at pick up were nice. Vehicle wasn’t ready for us when we arrived and had to wait in 95 degree weather with 2 kids for approximately 1/2 hour. When we got the vehicle it smelt like smoke inside and when we asked another employee said oh it’s just marijuana trying to be funny. Car was nice but smell and cleanliness was very poor! We did like that we could drop off the vehicle at any enterprise.
