The staff was great but I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get my car that I had reserved. They provided a discount but that was incredibly inconvenient while my family had to wait. They did not have wait I had reserved so I had to settle for something less.Opinión del 14 ago. 2023

Counter staff were very helpful. Upgrade was super!! New car was very high tech. Would have been helpful to have owners guide to figure out how to operate some features. Otherwise the car was very fun to drive and very economical.Opinión del 8 mar. 2023

Great pickup and help from local agent. Drop off was scheduled for 5pm. Called the local store (where it was picked up originally)10mins before 5 to tell the agent that i would be there at 4:55. Instead i was on hold until i arrived (on time) to find no one there.... So i put the key in drop box. Now i have to go tomorrow to make sure i have no late feel and refund the safety deposit since iused my debit. But all agents at fwb location are superbOpinión del 29 nov. 2022

My wife and I rented a van to take 9 girls to Orlando for four days on vacation. We have plenty of space and a lot of storage room. The van was really clean and the girls and I named her while we were on the trip big Bertha. It was easy to pick up the van and fill it up thank you so much for your business.Opinión del 24 jul. 2022

All good except for the fact that the pick up location was not at the airport that I wasn't expecting and no transportation bus to take us there and back. I had to spend an extra $50 each way to get all 4 of us back and forth so I think that should be made clearer if it was buried in the fine print. Ventajas:Check in person was friendly.Desventajas:Location is Far from airport. No taxis or ubers available to get there. Expensive to get to rental location. Took a long time for Enterprise to get my car once I finally found a way there. Smelled smoky, finally found a Used Cigarette on the floor in back seat. Ventajas:Staff was friendly and efficient.Desventajas:Car not clean, No shuttle service ($40.00 taxi). Also could not return car to airport without a charge of $150.00.
