When we arrived at the Austin airport, the Enterprise manager called to say not to bother to come to the Enterprise office because there were no cars of any kind anywhere in Austin, even though we had made our reservation weeks ago and received a confirmation the day before our arrival. It was the Formula 1 Grand Prix and no cars we’re a available, regardless of our reservation and confirmation.Opinión del 26 oct. 2022

After recording a voice mail that the Rental was not even available 1 hour before my reservation time, it took 40+ mins to reach someone at enterprise. I did not get a rental and they would not assist in transferring my reservation to another location or finding me another rental solution period. I ended up using Turo.Opinión del 21 may. 2022

Waited for 1-1/2 hours for the car we rented to get there. Then they didn’t take the time to clean it because they were late. Paid double what we would have paid if we rented from the airport site.Opinión del 22 feb. 2022

Ventajas:One needs to be very careful in checking puck up and drip off locations. My pick up was NOT at the airport . The airport location told me there would be a sleight upcharge to redo the reservation and start a new one. The price was DOUBLE and there is no refund on the Priceline reservation!Desventajas:The airport should have helped there customer and traveler and explained to me where the other location was. They should have advised me to take a 30$ Cab ride and saved myself over 500$. I had to jump through hoops to get it right. In all fairness, the Representative at the OTHER location was awesome!
