I liked the attendant at the Dallas location she was pleasant. When my rental car( Dodge Durango) had low coolant and was over heating AVR replaced it after I spent 3 hours of my vacation time asking them to. The replacement was a 2008 Kia Sedona that looked like it’s been through the ringer. It was not vacuumed and the seats looked like the car was driven by a mechanic. the seats were all stained. I will not recommend AVR to anyone that needs a reliable clean vehicle.Opinión del 29 set. 2022

Value was good, but van was older and the Check Engine light came on halfway thru my rental. Nothing functionally wrong with the van, just an older model with 72k miles on it.Opinión del 24 set. 2022

I waited 2 hrs for the airport pick up, finally gave up and took UBER to AVR. When I got there I was informed that there would be a late penalty because I wasn't there 2 hours ago. Then they said they had no van available for me. I was stranded 2 miles from the airport in a run down industrial park. I will NEVER rent from AVR again and will be very suspicious of KAYAK for associating with them!!Opinión del 18 mar. 2022

No van to be had at all when I arrived to pick up. “Oh, you booked through Priceline” they said. Also went on to mention the commercial insurance I would need if they did have a van while I looked for other options.Opinión del 16 mar. 2022

Placed a reservation online but when I called for a pick up at the airport I was met with a less than friendly clerk and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. After being placed on hold a third time because they could not find my reservation I just gave up.Opinión del 6 nov. 2021
