close to metro. friendly helpful staff.
I wish there were more common areas/amenities and lockers in room for luggage. I didn't feel unsafe in the neighborhood, but it was a little trashy (literally there was always trash everywhere even though I saw workers cleaning all the time).

That it was near the metro
There were bed bugs!! I was bitten every night I was there and it's all over my body. They were aware of the bed bugs yet still kept us in that room and yes they cleaned the room to try an get rid of them, but they shouldn't be putting guest in a room they KNOW has bed bugs. They never changed my sheets even though there were dead bugs and their BLOOD all over the sheets. I don't like the neighborhood, it seems like a bit of a ghetto and as a young woman traveling I would like to feel a bit more comfortable if I wanted to go out to see paris at night. They claim to have great wifi. There's no wifi connection whatsoever as the signal is so poor!
