Close to the nightime action and the beach. All the staff were very helpful and those in the dining room were very frendly and efficient. The food was far in excess of my expectations. Kathy Hofman, the PR lady, even arranged a cold supper for us as we were late arriving.
The bedroom needed a coat of paint but I wouldn't moan as the price was right, as was everything else.

The hotel has an excellent location,very close to the sea, altough has a swimming pool too.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was perfect.:)
The rooms need some repaint here or there, and maybe some pictures on the wall or something not to be so plain.

“We booked a last minute break during bank holiday weekend and my 5yr old loved it! He enjoyed the water park which is open from 12pm to guests only. We utilised the 4D rides every night with rare queueing. He also attended the kids club and enjoyed the activities they organised around the pool. Obviously, Magaluf is empty and many places are closed but there are two restaurants within walking distance with lovely food. We also took the bus to Parma and visited the Aquarium which was perfect on a rainy day. Hotel is very clean. Masks worn throughout expect by the pool or when dining. Domestic staff were very attentive and happily changed our bedding following a small spillage. Rooms are small but able to accommodate the two of us comfortably.”
