Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square

central location, wonderful opendoors pool on the 4. floor

the hotel, being situated in down town has no balkoney! Only 3 operational elevators so there could be some waiting when wanting to get to your room. Minibar and laundrey services expensiv as expected. If you wanted to smoke and didn't want to stay in a "smoking OK room" then there is no other option to go down to the street since the hotel otherwise has no places for the "smoking public"

Location - clean and comfort

Recipton and stuff not smiling!! even you have check in!! bad reciption deal with customer - expensive compare with other hotel same number of star!! also the cost not include the breakfast - hotel not arrange a taxi for leaving in advance time!! so you must to wake up early or make check out early to request from the reciption to find to you a taxi from the street - when you check in, count all the sanks and soft drink in mini bar because the write by mistake that i ate a peteto chips that i didnt eat!!

Great location, but old and boring room. Breakfast was casual but too expensive.

Too old rooms, not great internet connection.
