The relaxed and undisturbed atmosphere while at the same time being in the heart of the port area, adjacent to Marina, Shops, and great choice of Restaurants. The staff were excellent and most helpful, and the facilities were adequate for our needs. Also close to Old Town.
No. Would perhaps, like some 'in-house' light musical entertainment on an odd evening, like piano and vocalist, but appreciate the need to get the right balance so as not to spoil the quite and relaxing atmosphere. note:, My guest review below would reflect an overall closer to a 9

We've visited Mallorca in the end of June 2010. Location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters from the Port d'Alcudia beach, shopping and entertainment just 50 meters away. Very friendly staff, especially on reception. Cozy and stylish room with large balcony.
None, except that deposit box was for extra charge (usually included in the room price in 4* hotels).

“Loved this hotel. Extremely clean, felt safe and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I travelled alone with 2 kids (10&12) they loved the pool and they were completely welcomed. The pool was small I imagine it can get quite busy in August but because of covid it was perfect for us as the hotel was quiet. The staff worked so hard during uncertain times, breakfast and dinner service were perfect with lots of option. Pool snacks and cocktails were also fabulous. We will return!”
“Hotel was great. Very modern, very clean, staff were extremely kind and helpful. Food was amazing. We booked half board and was there for one week and was not bored of the options. We were even able to swap dinner for lunch one day.”

The location of the hotel is great with only a few minutes walk to the centre (with many restaurants) or to the beach. The hotel offers private car parking but it's also easy to find free car parking nearby the hotel. The hotel is very modern and clean with excellent Covid measures. Nice pool area with a bar. Would definitely stay here again.”
