Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa

Very opulent and luxurious hotel. The Spa is amazing and the Morrocan restaurant was superb.

Some of the staff were a bit "difficult/attitudey" (even in French) bringing the wrong bottle of wine and arguing back when they were clearly in the wrong. One of the waiters at the pool lied to us saying the bar was closed when it clearly wasn't. Luckliy his colleague was more helpful. Many of the sun loungers by the pool looked stained and unclean, which is unacceptable at these prices. The buffet by the pool was awful and very bad value (London prices for food that had been on a hot plate for over three hours). Not sure how Sofitel figured they could get away with this in a five star resort.
